Early Warning System Audit to determine baseline condition

Install local gauges (River Gauges) to monitor water level and data collection includes survey for installation, procure staff gauges
Training for gauge readers on data collection and dissemination
Mobile Phone for Gauge Readers/FFWC
Collect data through mobile messages/application etc. from gauge readers (salary @ 5000 BDT/month during monsoon)

Regional Scale GIS based Flood Inundation Mapping Tool (inundation monitoring, generate inundation forecast, impact based warning bulletins etc)

Refresher Training on flood early warning and risk management for district, upazila and union DMC members
Training on flood early warning and disaster risk management (5 personnel per batch in abroad)
Training on flood early warning for national level stakeholders (DDM, BWDB, FFWC, DAE etc)
